1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("Customer", "you" or "your"), and Cabinetkart, a registered partnership firm operating under the brand name INQUVO ("INQUVO", "we", "us" or "our").
Cabinetkart's principal place of business is Building No. 48, BHIVE Platinum Church Street, Shanthala Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560001, India.
By creating an account, accessing or using the INQUVO website, platform and associated AI services (collectively, the "Services"), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
2. Description of Service and AI Disclaimer
INQUVO provides an AI-powered commercial intelligence platform for interior contractors, fit-out contractors, design-build firms and related professionals.
Advisory nature of AI
The Services may use artificial intelligence to assist with floor-plan interpretation, quantity takeoffs, scope identification, BOQ drafts, supplier-quotation analysis and pricing intelligence. AI-generated outputs are advisory and may contain errors, omissions or inaccuracies.
Professional verification
You remain responsible for verifying dimensions, quantities, specifications, rates, taxes, margins and final quotations before using them in bids, contracts, procurement or financial decisions.
3. Subscriptions, AI Credits and Payments
Plans and free access
INQUVO offers Free, Starter, Professional and Business access as described on the pricing page and at checkout. The Free tier currently includes one project, one user and 50 one-time AI credits with no time expiry. After those free credits are consumed, the free project becomes read-only unless a paid plan is activated.
Subscription billing
Paid plans are offered monthly or annually and are billed in United States Dollars (USD). The applicable price, billing period, taxes and order terms are presented before payment.
AI credits
Included subscription credits reset at the end of each monthly credit cycle and do not roll over. Separately purchased add-on credit packs do not expire and roll over while the account remains active. Failed eligible AI operations are settled according to the platform's credit rules.
Renewal and cancellation
Where automatic renewal is offered and authorized through the configured payment provider, the subscription renews for the applicable period unless cancelled before renewal. If recurring billing is unavailable, continued access may require a new prepaid order.
Taxes and refunds
Fees may exclude taxes, levies or duties imposed by taxing authorities. You are responsible for applicable taxes shown or legally due. Subscription and credit-pack fees are non-refundable after activation or consumption, except where required by applicable law.
4. Intellectual Property and Customer Data
Customer Data
You retain your rights and interests in floor plans, drawings, rate cards, supplier quotations, project information and other proprietary data uploaded to the Services. You grant INQUVO a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, transmit, process and display Customer Data only as necessary to provide, secure and support the Services.
Platform intellectual property
INQUVO and Cabinetkart retain all rights in the Services, including platform architecture, interfaces, software, algorithms, workflows, documentation and branding. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the platform to you.
Feedback
Feedback or suggestions are voluntary. You permit us to use them to improve the Services without payment or other obligation, provided we do not disclose your confidential Customer Data.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cabinetkart, its partners, employees and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, use or data, arising from use of or inability to use the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cabinetkart's total cumulative liability relating to the Services will not exceed the amount paid to INQUVO during the twelve months immediately preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and use of the Services are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory rights under applicable law, legal proceedings arising under these Terms will be brought in the competent courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
