1. Introduction
INQUVO is operated by Cabinetkart from Bengaluru, India. We recognise that customer commercial data—including floor plans, rate cards, supplier quotations, estimated costs and margins—is highly sensitive.
We generally act as a data controller for account, website, billing and relationship information. We act as a data processor or service provider for project and commercial data customers upload and manage within their company workspace, subject to the applicable agreement and law.
2. Information We Collect
Account and registration data
Name, work email, company name, professional role, phone number where provided, account identifiers, country and regional preferences.
Company and billing data
Company profile, tax details, billing address, subscription, invoices, payment status and transaction references. We do not store complete payment-card details; the configured payment provider processes payment credentials.
Customer Project Data
Floor plans, drawings, concept images, spreadsheets, room and scope data, rate cards, materials, supplier quotations, BOQs, budgets, costs, margins, quotations and related files or notes submitted to the platform.
Usage and technical data
IP address, browser and device information, authentication and session events, access times, error and security logs, feature usage, AI job records, credit transactions and optional analytics events where consent is provided.
3. How We Use Information
- Service delivery: authenticate users, isolate company workspaces, store files, run requested workflows and produce reviewable AI-assisted results.
- Account and billing: administer subscriptions, allocate AI credits, process orders, issue invoices and respond to support requests.
- Security: prevent fraud and abuse, investigate incidents, enforce access controls and preserve audit records.
- Communication: send authentication, transaction, security, service and support messages.
- Improvement: evaluate platform reliability and aggregated usage patterns. Optional public-site analytics are processed only after consent.
- Legal compliance: maintain required records and respond to valid legal requests.
4. AI Processing and Data Confidentiality
User-requested processing
When you initiate an AI operation, relevant files and project context may be transmitted through secure server-side APIs to the configured AI provider. Results are returned as reviewable drafts and must be confirmed by the user.
No public model training
INQUVO does not use private Customer Project Data to train public foundational AI models. We configure providers and processing workflows to restrict use of submitted customer content to delivering the requested service, subject to provider terms and enterprise controls available to us.
Commercial calculation boundary
AI interprets designs and documents; deterministic rules and company-approved rate cards calculate commercial values. Users retain control over quantities, rates, costs, margins and client quotations.
6. Global Privacy Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of personal information, and to withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis.
Requests may be sent to privacy@inquvo.app. We may verify identity and company authority before completing a request. Certain billing, fraud-prevention, security and audit records may be retained where legally required or necessary to establish or defend legal claims.
7. Retention, Updates and Contact
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain an active account, satisfy legal and financial obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by record type and customer configuration.
